Roofs
Roofs are generally simpler, easier and less expensive to paint than the house. But it pays (as always) to keep them in good condition. Once rust gets started, the paint begins to flake, or the nails start working loose, it can considerably increase the amount of work involved.
The good news is that of all the painted surfaces, roofs have to be the most cost effective to keep in good condition.
Safety is a big issue now. The old days of popping up and just doing it are gone - and properly so. With professional practices there is no risk or comeback to you and you know it's done properly. |
